QuickBooks setup involves getting your company file set up. It’s lays the groundwork for your financial data, making sure everything is organized and streamlined for tracking your income, expenses, and all things money-related!

( Add on option : $100 per hour for Quickbooks Training during a Quickbooks Set Up)

Training services aim to boost your confidence and efficiency in managing your finances using the Quickbooks software. With the right training, you can harness the full potential of QuickBooks and take your business to the next level!

$127 per hour

This encompasses monthly upkeep of your bank feed, matching and recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and delivering month-end reports.

* Just a friendly reminder: we don’t take care of accounts payable, receivable, or payroll but we can provide data via reports. We don’t manage document organization, so it’s super helpful if you can keep your receipts and invoices in order. (we can support Quickbooks Receipt Capture if you are interested in utilizing this feature and workflow )

Fee: Starting at $297
(fee is based on scope of work)

Cleanup/Catch Up involves reviewing your transactions to correct errors and enhance their completeness, accuracy, and readiness for tax season. Common issues include missing or duplicate entries, which often arise from an improperly set up file. Auto-add rules and incomplete reconciliation of accounts.

Fee: Based on the monthly fee for the scope of work, multiplied by the number of cleanup/catch up months.

(A 30% to 50% discount is offered, if the scope of work can be bundled)

Consulting starts with a review of your bookkeeping processes and workflows. We are here to discover what's working well and what can be improved.

We want to make your financial processes easier, improve accuracy, and help you feel confident in your business decisions!

Fee: $97 per hour

Advisory services are all about making your financial management easier and more effective. We’ll work together on process improvements and have regular monthly meetings to go over helpful reports.

We’ll help you with budgeting to set clear goals and dive into profit consulting to find ways to boost your earnings. Our goal is to support you in making smart financial decisions and achieving lasting success!

Fee: $197 per hour

DIY quarterly review gives you the support to manage your own financial records effectively.

We’ll review your books each quarter and provide you with detailed feedback on any necessary corrections. During these reviews, we’ll highlight areas for improvement and offer practical suggestions to enhance your bookkeeping processes.

Fee: Starting at $327 per quarter

*Please note that this quarterly service does not include Oz Bookkeeping Services working in your books. If you’re finding it challenging to manage your bookkeeping and we notice recurring issues, we’d be happy to help you transition to our monthly bookkeeping services for more hands-on support.
